1. The service and its operator
NapoSky operates 11eNexus as a free, non-commercial community project. The bot helps authorised members discover, create or revive game spaces, choose notifications and take part in server events.
Nexus is independent of Discord, Valve and the publishers of the games shown. Their presence here does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
2. Access and rules
You must follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the server rules and the minimum age required by Discord and the laws of your country. Member features require the relevant server roles; administration features are restricted to authorised people.
Installing and configuring the bot requires permission from the server administration. Public source code is not an invitation to install the official instance on another server.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Nexus to harass anyone, post unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, send abusive notifications, bypass permissions or limits, or compromise the service. Do not submit sensitive data in proposals, event descriptions or public issues.
Quotas and server capacities may limit game creation or revival. Requested notifications remain subject to recipients’ preferences and Discord’s rules.
4. Your content and archives
You keep your rights to submitted content and authorise its processing to perform the requested action. Announcements and event descriptions are visible to people with access to the corresponding channels.
Archiving hides a channel; it does not erase its history. Administrators remain responsible for permissions and moderation. Permanently deleting an archived event requires explicit administrative confirmation.

5. Availability, changes and access
The service is provided on a best-effort basis, without an availability commitment. Maintenance, failures, Discord changes and API limits may interrupt it. Features may change.
Access may be restricted or suspended to protect the community or in response to abuse. Data processing and retention remain subject to the Privacy Policy.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranty and its operator is not liable for indirect losses caused by unavailability. Nothing limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
6. Support, reports and changes
For questions or abuse reports, contact NapoSky through the repository’s GitHub issues. Issues are public: request a private exchange before sharing personal data or security details. You can also contact the 11e Discord administration directly.
The date on this page is updated when the terms change. The text and its history are available in the repository. French law governs these terms, without prejudice to mandatory protections in your country.
